Choosing a PowerArchiver Skin

Introduction

PowerArchiver comes installed with several toolbar skins, however you can also browse hundreds of skins online. To access these skins, click "Download PowerArchiver Skins..." from the "Help" menu or simply click here to go to the PowerArchiver Web site directly. To download a preferred skin, right click on skin name and choose "Save target as...". When the Save dialog appears, browse to the directory where PowerArchiver is installed (usually C:\Program Files\Power Archiver\Skins) and save this file to your computer.

To begin using this skin:

Step 1. Start PowerArchiver
Step 2. Right-click on the toolbar
Step 3. Choose "Skin PowerArchiver Toolbar..."
Step 4. Select the file you have just downloaded (if it is not in the current directory, browse to the directory where it was stored)
Step 5. Click "Open"

Please Note:
You can also choose the skin by selecting "Skins" in the "Options" menu, but only if you downloaded the skin to the default PowerArchiver Skins directory (usually C:\Program Files\PowerArchiver\Skins).
